Technical Sheet Basics #
Technical sheets help clients and contractors understand the shell dimensions before committing to layout. They may show overall length and width, internal dimensions, steps, benches, depth, water height, perimeter, volume, and sometimes placement references.
Use the technical sheet together with the model page, site plan, equipment plan, and quote. It is a planning document, not a substitute for property-specific layout and permit review.
What to Check #
- Overall shell dimensions versus available backyard space.
- Interior swimming area, step position, bench position, and depth.
- Water volume for chemical, heating, and equipment expectations.
- How coping, deck, fencing, and access fit around the shell.
