Hands down one of the best pools I have installed.  Quality of the shell is one of the best in the industry.  Delivery’s were always on time and the customer service is top notch. I am the owner of Polar Pools Ltd. We have used a couple of Okeanos fibreglass pool shells on our projects this year. We have always had an excellent experience working with John & Joe. There service is always professional, organized, and very customer focused. They always made sure all of my questions were answered, and that our pool shells would always arrive on schedule to not slow down our job sites.

The quality of Okeanos fiberglass pool shells are outstanding, and I always recommend them to my clients if they are in the fibreglass market.

Can’t say enough about the experience we have had with Joe and John.  We have a small and awkwardly shaped backyard and weren’t sure if we could even get a pool.  From the beginning they were so helpful.  We already had an existing patio that we didn’t want to change, they  gave us plenty of potential options to tie into the existing landscape and gave us the space to decide which one would work best for our needs and budget.  They were very upfront about cost, project plans and timelines and everything was completed on time and on budget.  We were amazed at how simple and easy the process was. Joe and John took care of everything behind the scenes.  They were in constant communication about what was done to date and what was left to do from one day to the next and in less than two weeks we were enjoying the pool and our backyard for the first time. We hammered out about 65 tons of granite for the hole. Ok pools supplied the shell, pump, filter and heat pump….+
On installation day they we here right on time and the pool was in and mostly backfilled by 15:00.  I took another few days to complete the fill and piping.
In all, it couldn’t have gone smoother.  Excellent job by all.
I would recommend Joe & John 100% to anyone.
