The whole experience was great from start to finish. As soon as we reached out, they came out to our house to get a look at the project and it all came together so fast. Through it all John and Joe communicated with us, letting us know what to expect and when to expect it. They were upfront about everything – no hidden fees or big changes to the project and were accommodating to changes we asked for. It all came together very quickly and we are thrilled with how it turned out. Our backyard is not very big and they were able to turn it into an amazing escape for the family. Thanks Okeanos!
