# Service Areas for Fiberglass Pool Installation

## Ontario and GTA Coverage

Okeanos supports fiberglass pool projects across the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding Ontario markets. Current location pages cover Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Aurora, Caledon, Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, Niagara, Durham Region, and other nearby communities.

Local planning varies by municipality. Fence rules, permits, utility clearances, access, tree protection, grading, lot coverage, and inspection steps should be reviewed for the exact property before committing to schedule or scope.

## Use This Doc For

- Confirming whether your city is within the normal service region.
- Understanding why city-specific permit and access review matters.
- Preparing better consultation notes for location, access, timing, and municipal constraints.

## When to Contact Okeanos

Contact Okeanos before making major changes to water level, equipment configuration, winterization steps, site drainage, or installation scope. The right answer can depend on the exact model, equipment package, property conditions, and contract scope.

Keep photos, service notes, water test records, manuals, warranty documents, and quote paperwork together so the support team can review the situation quickly.
